It's finally done 
*sorry for not scanning and uploading sooner-- I kept forgetting 
* This is the first time I;ve ever drawn Sailor Moon characters, and it was a great experience drawing women in a sailor suit and a mini skirt.. I've never drawn that before
As for the background, I can't think of any other wintry and cold thing, my head was filled with leafless trees in the background.. nothing else

Wow, this turned out beautifully! And no worries, the background is perfect, it looks exactly like winter in my neck of the woods.
